BACKGROUND:
Garland’s Lodge began as a homestead in the early 1900′s. Loyal guests have forded Oak Creek since the 1930′s to reach this haven of peace and quiet. A stay at the Lodge includes sumptuous meals, utilizing organic fruits and vegetables grown on premises. With no TVs or telephones, the Lodge offers rest and relaxation, as well as great hiking in this spectacular canyon setting.
THE KITCHEN:
One special menu is presented each night by Chef Amanda Stine. The fixed price meal includes homemade bread, soup, salad, the featured entree, dessert and coffee. Dietary restrictions are happily accommodated with advance notice. Inquire for information about serving wedding parties.
