Oak Creek Canyon Rehearsal Dinner

Sedona Wedding Rehearsal Dinner in Oak Creek Canyon

Another Great “Sedona Wedding Studio” Production

This great post was recently found on SedonaBride.com. The evening was produced in its entirety by Sedona Wedding Studio members up in magnificent Oak Creek Canyon.  There are so many options and great places for having a wedding in Sedona.  There are hotels, resorts, private properties, bed and breakfasts and even out-back locations on Forest Service land.

Sedona Wedding Studio coordinators can help you find the perfect location suited to your tastes, budget and guest count. Karen Lynn, Sedona Wedding Planner, did a fabulous job with the charming details and styling.  More and more we are seeing brides choose Oak Creek Canyon as the setting for their outdoor Sedona weddings.  As you can see, everyone had a great time!

The Sedona Wedding Studio Team:

Sedona Wedding Coordinator:: Karen Lynn of Sedona Wedding Planner
Floral:: Events By Show Stoppers
Paper Goods:: Julie Gibson of Studio Grace
Music:: Steve Sandner
Catering:: Cucina Rustica
Rentals:: Classic Party Rentals

Karen Lynn provided stylish labels to identify the food and drinks, a detail so many brides forget to address.  It’s so helpful to the guests and brings continuity to the overall look when you “brand” wedding details in all the key areas.  Julie Gibson of Studio Grace provided the beautiful paper designs!  It’s following through with the details and styling that make the difference between an ordinary wedding and a really pretty evening with all the trimmings.
The nice thing about rehearsal dinners is that they are much more relaxed than wedding receptions.  Everyone is generally visiting and having a great time in anticipation of the big day.  Fun photos of kids and generations of family become priceless as the years go by.  Having a professional photographer that looks for those special moments can make all the difference.  Depending on family or friends to use cell-phones or point-and-shoot cameras mostly leads to disappointment.  Those moments can never be recaptured.
George’s gift to his groomsmen were Stetson hats!  How very Southwest!  Jennifer’s nod to Arizona was wearing cowboy boots!
Beautiful ranunculus floral arrangements by Events By Show Stoppers were casual, colorful and stayed within the garden look of the evening.
Everyone was pleased that Lisa Dahl of Cucina Rustica catered the evening.  Lisa is more known for her amazing Mediterranian food but boy, does she do an outstanding BBQ.
Steve Sandner and his trio added a special touch to the evening.  Steve’s live music adds such a sophisticated feel to any event.
Classic Party Rentals provided all the rentals.  Descanso tables and matching wood folding chairs were perfect for a casual outdoor event.
