The Sedona Bridal Show, produced by popular Arizona publication, The Wedding Chronicle, was unsurpassed in it’s success and scope.  No other Northern Arizona wedding show was so well attended largely due to the 40,000.00 wedding give away produced by Sedona’s top vendors. What a fabulous prize for a lucky couple.  Even Mother Nature cooperated with a rare Sedona spectacle.  It snowed!

What a simply beautiful winter wedding produced by the incredibly talented vendors at The Sedona Wedding Studio, then gifted to the winning couple.  The following vendors did so much to bring together Alexis and Max’s beautiful winter vision.  Everyone did an amazing job. Everyone was thrilled when it began to snow.

Events By Show Stoppers used old bottles with flowers for an editorial shoot in a recent issue of Phoenix Bride and Groom Magazine.  The idea turned out to be wildly popular.  It works beautifully in Alexis and Max’s vision for their wedding as well.  The shipping tags on the wine bottles served as table numbers and added a bit of color.

Guests typed their well wishes on an antique typewriter.  Details like this are not only fun for guests but make the difference between an ordinary wedding and a wedding that is remembered for a lifetime.

Alexis used a vintage wine rack for a unique way to display table numbers and seating assignments.

The wedding was planned to be outdoors but snowy conditions intervened.  The lobby staircase at L’Auberge provided a perfectly beautiful backup and kept everyone from having soggy cold feet.

The bridal party was lovely! Gray is definitely a hot color this year.

Max looked handsome in his custom suit from saverio.  More and more we are seeing grooms choosing a custom suit instead of a rental.  It makes all the difference!  Brides get gorgeous wedding gowns so why shouldn’t the groom have something special as well?  A custom suit is always a plus in a man’s wardrobe and will give years of use as all fine garments should.

The trip to a romantic red rock location for the couples’s portraits was a chance for Alexis and Max to have a little privacy.

The red rocks blanketed in snow is a backdrop that just can’t be beat. Perfect timing.

Everyone had such a great time at the reception.

This guest book is such a cleaver idea.  Each guest left a finger print representing a leaf on the tree.  Fun ideas and other items can be found on etsy.

Lighting always makes such a huge impact at a reception.  Show Stoppers really transformed the L’Auberge ballroom. The stunning cake was by Sedona’s own, Sedona Cake Couture.

The 2012 Sedona Wedding Boot Camp is a unique twist on the ordinary bridal show.  Instead of rows of booths, brides will be able to participate in a dynamic atmosphere and be inspired by gorgeously designed reception tables, sample foods by Sedona wedding caterers, enjoy cake tastings and be able to personally “connect plan design” with numerous Sedona Wedding Studio vendors in an intimate setting.  Throughout the day, couples may also attend informative mini-siminars and demonstrations given by Sedona’s most recognized and celebrated professionals.

This year’s expansion will triple in size to include a fabulously decorated “wedding inspirations” pavilion adjacent to the gorgeous SWS show room, where brides can find everything and everyone they need to beautifully design their weddings in Sedona.  Valuable prizes and gift certificates will be awarded to lucky couples all day long.

heather and david had a great wedding on an overcast day in october…. heather was gorgeous and her excitement was so contagious.  she was super smart to enlist margaret, of van damme weddings, to help with all the details and planning at Sedona Golf Resort.  the day went beautifully!  the sun even peaked out on the red rocks at sunset… it was gorgeous!
